- I understand your need, and I agree completely, and I am astounded that
- no one has done this as yet - it seems so simple. I heard this same "rumor"
- that Kermit supports TCP/IP - but as near as I can tell its only a rumor, at
- least on the PC platform. I ftp'd into the home of Kermit (Columbia) and went
- all through their stuff - found a nice windows version of Kermit, but it was
- strictly a com port to modem implementation - no mention of TCP/IP anywhere.
- It couldn't be THAT difficult to put X-modem into a Telnet client, could it?
- Since we're making a wish list - how about Y-modem Batch?
